Return Policy: There is a three day return policy for your said item. Your item must  meet these requirements:  Item must  be in same orginal packaging. Item must not be  opened, tampered or used in any way. There  may be up to a 30 percent restocking fee on  any returns after inspection of  said item.  Once the  item is opened, tampered with, or used in any way returns and refunds  are not excepted. 

Condition: 

Damage to outer box is common due to shipping from online retailers. 

Shipping: 

Once payment is received your order will be processed for  shipping. I will  have  your item shipped by two business days. Most of the time your item usually ships within one  business day. 

Failure to accept package will result in a 15% restocking fee and any additional costs to ship it again.

USPS or UPS Ground - tracking number and delivery/signature confirmation. I will  send pictures along with tracking number when your item ships. My ups store uses both and  tells  me which is the better option per item shipped.  If  shipping to Canada, other fees, duties and taxes maybe required when  picked up.

Policy of Claims of missing or damage or wrong items :

Policy Claims of missing or wrong or damage items: The packaging of the contents inside this box, Serial number , will be captured to ensure quality protection against theft, damage, or fraud. The shipping  box is marked and it's marks have been recorded.  You must  follow these steps always: You must take VIDEO of opening the item upon receiving the item with the carrier there for any claims of wrong or damage or missing items. If the item is wrong or damage or missing you must not except it from the carrier. 

Policy of chargeback dispute or defective or DOA items:

Policy Claims of Chargeback or dispute due to item defective or DOA(dead on arrival): That is a manufacturing warranty claim. You must file a RMA (Return merchandise authorization) with the manufacturer of your item. Any issues of an item not working properly or DOA must be handled through the manufacturer. I  can provide you  with the manufacturer information if needed.
